8 hours approx taught over 4 sessions
Sessions will take place on the first Tuesday of each month over 4 weeks

- MP3 script downloads and relaxation tracks
- Practise material for you to do at home
- Relaxation techniques
- Help with a birth plan
- Optional support from other group attendees.
