YES. Hypnobirthing works for everyone in their own individual way. The more time and energy you put into it the more effective it will be. Its like anything else in life the more you prepare the more you'll succeed. Your birth may not work out exactly as you planned but being aware of your options, being educated on what your mind body can do and be empowered and confident your experience will be far greater positive than if you don’t.

You can start hypnobirthing at any stage. But we do however recommend you wait until after your 20 week scan. Most clients start around 24 weeks up to 36. We see this as a good starting point as the course can be taught gradually and you can take time to digest it, practice at home, and not feel pressure to learn it all in a short space of time, or again have the strung out longer than required.

I invite all my clients to my home, I have a calm, comfortable space that is very welcoming. If you would prefer I come to your own home I can do that also. I understand people have different commitments, work and other things going on so whatever works best for you.

You can do the course with whoever you wish. Whether that be your husband, partner, mother, friend, or anyone else that will be going along your birthing journey with you.

Absolutely! Antenatal classes and hypnobirthing will complement one another. The primary function of hypnobirthing is to teach you how to utilise your own resources to help you relax, be in control, and be comfortable and positive about your pregnancy and labour. Antenatal classes generally cover how to best look after your health during pregnancy and how to look after your baby after the birth.

100% There is so much more to take from this course other than helping birth your baby naturally. Its about increasing your hormone levels before, during and after birth. Its about being prepared and I will teach you techniques to make this wonderful phenomenon the best it can ever be.

Participant Cancellation

The fee will be repaid promptly and in full if your baby arrives before the course (in the case of a HypnoBirthing Course) or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made.

Data Protection

The participant also agrees that Caitlin Stewart and Coco & Co Hypnobirthing shall hold your details on file and on computer and, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you are able to view your individual file by giving not less than seven days’ written notice.

Participation in HypnoBirthing classes in any part or in total by any person or third party is undertaken with the understanding by any persons or third party that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against Caitlin Stewart and Coco & Co Hypnobirthing, or its representatives under any circumstances whatsoever.

Agreement

Any booking of a HypnoBirthing class assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale. In the event of a dispute, English law pertains.
